Currently there are seven options:

Renumber files

Copy originals
This will create a new directory within the target directory, called Originals:
the original JPEGs will be copied there.

Ignore < 20k
This option avoids the loading of thumbnails, i.e. the original filesize is
less than 20k.

Exclude !
Thumbnails produced by PhotoShop frequently have a '!' appended to the
filename; ticking this option will ignore such files.

Ignore filetype
If this option is ticked, the filetype will be ignored, and a further check done
on the input file: if is found to be a JPEG (i.e. the opening four bytes are ÿØýá),
it will be loaded (this permits the loading of JPEGs which have been filetyped Data).

Re-size
If this option is ticked, the JPEGs will be automatically handed over to
!PeggySize for re-sizing. There are re-sizing options available to you
after you've loaded an input directory (see options).

Peggy Turn or Peggy Mix
These icons determine what happens to the JPEGs after they've been 'fixed'
(and re-sized): they may automatically be loaded into !PeggyTurn
(an application for viewing/rotating the JPEGs), or !PeggyMix
(an application for re-ordering them). If neither of these icons is ticked,
the app will quit once it's done.

Clicking on "Save Choices" will make the settings permanent.
