A former U.S.A.F. Base, this site covers approximately 1,000 acres of Suffolk countryside. It encompasses various landscapes and unique military buildings, as well as a 40 acre business park.

The Runway is approx 1.6 Miles long, and 50m wide; built in 1943 and extended during the Cold War. The Control Tower was also built in 1940's, later modified by USAF. There are 40 "Weapons Storage Facilities", and a "Star Wars Building" (debriefing centre).

Hardened Aircraft Shelters (22 in total) have electrically operated doors weighing 160 tons (building dimensions: 9,500sqft; 124ft long; 77ft wide; 35ft to eaves).

There are three bomb proof command centres; an engine workshop (previously used for jet engine maintenance); and a "Hush House" (sound proofed engine test facility for fighter planes).

Events Centre is 30,000sqft (dimensions: 250ft long; 120ft wide; 30ft to eaves; 38 ft to ridge.
