Location Management

Finding a location is one thing, it's quite another to make a location shoot go smoothly.

In the first instance, more than likely there's permission to be obtained, either from the owner of the property, or, if it's public land, the local authority & the police. For most of the general public, filming or photography in a public area is an unusual event, and patience can often be required when negotiating the right to stage a location event.

With a film shoot, there is also the problem of finding somewhere to park what is effectively a mobile factory!

It's not just filming we do! Between June 2000 and January 2002, we were involved with ARUP, the engineering company, in organising and testing the Millennium Bridge in Central London. This culminated in a mass walk-over by 2,000 volunteers on 30th January 2002 - it's not often that our activities hit the front page of the national press!
